I’ve spent my life doing one thing in a dozen different rooms: helping people find their way. As a pastor, I walk with people through the biggest questions of their lives. As a Product Coach in the corporate world, I help teams build the right things and lead each other well. And in my own coaching practice, I bring both worlds together for individuals, executives, and organizations who want more than motivation — they want direction.

My purpose is to be a GPS for the people I meet. A good GPS does two things: it keeps downloading the latest maps, and it collects the data on the road ahead. That’s how I work. I stay current with how this generation actually thinks, leads, and changes — and I keep collecting the frameworks, stories, and tools that help real people maneuver, lead, and guide their own lives.

People tell me I have a gift for seeing talent others miss — for finding what someone is truly made for and helping them step into the right place. When that happens, I hand them the stage and take no share of the applause. Their win is the win. That’s the part of this work I love most.

My faith is the ground I stand on. I lead from surrender, not ambition — God first, family next, and my calling as one seamless assignment across the pulpit, the boardroom, and my own practice.
